IRL is a good start to a new series and a new working relationship. I could not tell which author was contributing what parts of this book. That could be good or bad. Well, in this case, it is good.It did take me a little bit to realize that there wouldn't be a notable "Lucy" offering, that it would all flow together so seamlessly, that I couldn't tell where one author ended and the other began. After that, I just sat back and enjoyed it.Wells started out as the quintessential rich man, cold-hearted and only looking for the next dollar or the next business conquest. He quickly morphed into more. I liked the way he wasn't made to be such a bad guy that the reader would hate him before loving him. I enjoyed that moment early on where I said “There you are!†when I saw the man hidden from his world. His aha moment was no less enjoyable when he realized that he could be better, that he already was but just had to let it show.Conor is a sweet, giving, character with a strong love for home and family and I enjoyed his personality tremendously.These characters are interesting, passionate and a beautiful couple.The sexy times are scorching, and the HEA is believable and satisfying.The secondary characters are appealing and are supportive of the storyline.There are many feels in this book, and I enjoyed them all.

Oh, this was great to read. Fun, funny, sexy, all kids of HOT and rough...I loved everything that went down. From the adorable geeky vibe to the texting mishap thing happening to the light D/s warmly enveloping all of it together... it was the perfect combination of all that and then some.I couldn't stop reading for anything. First of all shout out to Molly in her debut M/M novel and to Lucy, always delivering!This book is hot, fun and steamy. But also comes with dramatic and gasping parts, I really loved it.It's such a great read. I love the characters and their interactions. NotSam and Tres, even though they had a steamy but rocky start they're perfect for each other. I really can't wait to see more of them and also what's next on the After Oscar Series and at some point I will love meet the famous Oscar too.
I’ve enjoyed all Lucy’s books and this one teamed with Molly was just as amazing. From beginning to end it kept me interested and not wanting to put it down. It has everything you could possibly want in a gay love story. Can’t wait for book 2 after the teaser we got.
This is a definite slow burn story, and I really liked it. You can’t help but love Conor right from the start, and you know that deep down inside Wells is a marshmallow. The fun is in getting to that gooey center!
I haven’t cried reading a romance book in ages, but this one really got to me! The main characters are guys you can really feel for. I am such a sucker for a happy ending!
Loved the start and the slow tension build. Writing is exceptional as always!! You always fall in love with the characters and there is plenty of lol moments. If you loved the "Made Marion" and 'forever wilde" series like I did, this is a one-click!
